About me
About my blog and my love for BJJ
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu became more than a sport for me. Through years of training, competition, victories, losses, and constant learning, BJJ shaped the way I think both on and off the mats.
This blog is where I share reflections about training, competition, mindset, teaching, pressure, discipline, and personal growth through Jiu-Jitsu. My goal is not only to teach techniques, but also to explore the deeper lessons hidden inside the art.

My first steps towards BJJ
Throughout my life, I have always been a competitive person with a deep passion for martial arts. I began my journey in judo at the age of 11, quickly entering the competitive scene and winning numerous medals along the way.
At the age of 23, I discovered Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and instantly fell in love with the sport. What started as training three times a week soon evolved into a deeper obsession to improve, challenge myself, and test my abilities against stronger opponents.
When I could not find the right training environment in my area, I decided to take a bold step and travel to Brazil. There, I had the honor of earning my black belt under Professor Barbosa, an experience that profoundly shaped my journey in BJJ.
Today, my focus is no longer solely on competition. I am passionate about helping others grow through Jiu-Jitsu and reach their full potential. I believe in creating a supportive training environment where people of all backgrounds can develop confidence, discipline, and resilience through the art.
Through this blog, I share reflections about training, competition, mindset, discipline, pressure, teaching, and personal growth through BJJ. My goal is not only to teach techniques, but also to explore the deeper lessons hidden within the art.
Feel free to explore the website or reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to being part of your BJJ journey.
